BLISS

Ignorance is Bliss. It is your choice whether to ignore these facts or not. There is nothing James Salleigh wants more in his life than to see a demon up close, learn about it, and exterminate it. After befriending people with similar demon experiences and being personally asked to join a demon killing organization, his wish may just come true. However, through this process he has to come face to face with the mastermind behind all the secret chaos in the world and James’s jumbled trauma - Khotoh Khriien, an interdimensional dragon who is responsible for the death of James’s dad as well as the creator of the demons. Taking place from a small Washington town in the 90s (Blisstowne, AKA Bliss) to the wasteland dimension of Khriien, ‘Bliss’ tells the story of people from an array of backgrounds - such as queer identities, neurodivergence, and diverse ethnicities - sharing different struggles coming together to fight off one shared obstacle and how they cope in different ways. ‘Bliss’ is a comic intended for mature audiences as it contains themes of mental health struggles and graphic violence.
